WorkCover Queensland was after an illustrated road-trip map to encourage staff to engage with their internal journey towards digital optimisation and a transformation of the claims process.

The brief was for the execution to be corporate but engaging, with the aim of generating interest across their various teams. The isometric illustrations were designed to introduce an element of gamification to the process, milestones are represented by flags and destination markers on the map, with staff traveling in the bus along the WCQ journey. WCQ employees were issued a ‘bus ticket’ for the internal information session, with the design concept assisting in employee engagement in the session.
